The majority of the county is undulating, rising to mountain range on the western boundary; it is mostly open forest country of Iron Bark, Blood Wood and small patches of Gum Top Box. Grasses consist of Indian Couch and Natives, including Black Spear. In 2017, approximately 1000acres was pulled and raked. A further 260acres (approx) was cutter barred and planed with Silk, Buffel and Rhodes grass in 2021. The property is currently carrying a good body of feed and ready to be stocked immediately upon settlement of the sale.

Improvements

The timber cattle yards were constructed in 1986 and are in good order. Branding cradle, vet crush, bugle type set up, into pound with Crows Nest. There is also a small shed near the yards that could be used for vehicles or general storage eg. Hay or chemicals.

Much of the internal fencing is timber and 3 barb, with the laneway and holding paddocks, timber and 4 barb. The mountain range on the Western side serves as a natural boundary.
